Head of Construction, Co-Founder

Are you a leader with a passion for sustainable construction?

We are currently seeking leaders to join our team and further our mission. Even if it’s not the right time for you to take the leap, let’s have a chat and we’ll contact you when the time is right.

Job description

Our Head of Construction person will join a growing number of leaders in our unique company. We are driven by construction, but also closely tied to innovations driven by Maple Industries. Our developmental roadmap clearly defines our path to becoming a unique and market-leading construction company. The successful person will be expected to follow this roadmap, while adding their own creative recommendations into the mix.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record, creativity and leadership skills. The nature of this role demands that you can demonstrate your personal drive and commitment; this is more than just a job.

  • A creative, ‘how can we do this better?’ approach
  • The drive to live and breathe this role as a career or vocation, not just a job
  • A strong, relationship-building personality with the ability to understand others and get them ‘on board’
